systeme.io Webinars 2026: Evergreen Only — No Live Option
systeme.io webinars 2026: evergreen webinars only, no live option — 10 on the $47 plan, unlimited on $97, honest negatives.
systeme.io Webinars 2026: Evergreen Only — No Live Option
systeme.io's webinar feature is an automated (evergreen) webinar: a pre-recorded presentation that runs on a recurring schedule — every hour, every day, or "instantly" upon registration — generating leads and sales 24/7 without you being present. No third-party webinar tool required. The one thing it is not: live. See how systeme.io evergreen webinars work.

What you actually get
You create a funnel with the goal "Run an evergreen webinar" and get 3 pages by default: registration, thank-you, and the conference/broadcast page. Registration pages come from templates; recurring schedules run "just in time" or at fixed slots; automated reminder emails go out with unique access links; timed on-screen "Buy Now" buttons, banners, and scarcity timers fire during the presentation; replays are managed for you; and post-webinar email sequences go to attendees and no-shows separately. Record once, and the pitch sells while you sleep — that part of the marketing is accurate.
Plans, from the official pricing page (FAQ last updated April 2026): webinars require a Webinar plan ($47/mo) or Unlimited ($97/mo) — Free ($0) and Startup ($17/mo) do not include them. The Webinar plan gives 10,000 contacts, 50 sales funnels, 20 courses, plus evergreen webinars — up to 10 evergreen webinars on that plan; Unlimited gives you an unlimited number. All plans include unlimited email sends and 24/7 email support, and annual billing gives 2 months free.
Honest gotchas
First and biggest: live webinars are not supported — systeme.io's own help center says it plainly: "No. systeme.io currently only supports automated (evergreen) webinars." And in systeme.io's own words: "If you need live interactive webinars with Q&A, polls, and breakout rooms, Zoom is still the better tool. systeme.io's webinar feature is designed for pre-recorded evergreen content." If your launch strategy depends on live interaction, this is not your tool — Zoom and Google Meet are listed as integrations, so a live element can be bolted on externally, but natively there is no live mode.
Second: evergreen has structural limits the help center admits — you cannot set a fixed calendar date for an evergreen webinar (leads only see sessions for the day they visit), and you cannot have multiple webinar pages in one funnel. Plan your funnel around one webinar per funnel.
Third: numbers we could not verify on official pages — no max attendee count per webinar is published, and the help center neither confirms nor denies native chat, polls, or simulated chat inside evergreen webinars (it does confirm timed CTAs, buttons, and timers). We left all of that out rather than guess. If your funnel needs a known attendee cap, ask support before you commit to the Webinar plan.
Quick answers
Can I run live webinars on systeme.io? No — evergreen (pre-recorded, automated) only. systeme.io says so itself, and recommends Zoom for live interactive webinars with Q&A and polls.
How many webinars do I get? Up to 10 evergreen webinars on the $47/mo Webinar plan; unlimited on the $97/mo Unlimited plan. Free and Startup plans don't include webinars.
Is it a good EverWebinar/WebinarJam alternative? For pre-recorded, always-on sales webinars — yes, and much cheaper. For anything live or interactive, no.
Who it is for — and the verdict
systeme.io webinars fit creators and small businesses with one solid pitch they want running 24/7 — course launches, product demos, lead magnets with a timed offer. If you run live workshops, Q&A sessions, or cohorts, keep Zoom on standby.
The honest deal: record once, sell while you sleep, with timed buy buttons baked in — but only on the $47+ plans, and never live. Start with the systeme.io Webinar plan — or compare it against Unlimited on the pricing page.
